What does a typical Sunday morning look like?
At Sacred Exchange Fellowship, we want to be sure every person that walks through our doors does not feel like a stranger. You’ll be greeted at the entrance with a smile and an extended hand. Make your way up the stairs and stop by our welcome center, or make your way through one of the sets of double doors and find a seat where ever you feel comfortable. We will start our service off with prayer, a few songs, followed by some announcements - don’t be shy if we welcome our first time visitors! Let us know your name if you’d like!
After our offering, we will get back into a deeper time of worship - we love the Presence of the Holy Spirit and believe God is worthy of all the praise we can bring. We believe worship helps prepare our hearts and minds for the Word of God. We are fortunate to have pastors that have a deep knowledge of the Word of God and can share their knowledge with passion and zeal! So come with the expectation to leave inspired and encouraged.
What if I have children?
Our hope is that you’ll feel comfortable in our family atmosphere. Have children? Bring them! We offer a children’s program for children 3 - 12 years old during our 10:00 am service. Our self-serve nursery is located right outside the sanctuary doors, and our older kids have a space down the stairs in our lower level. All of our children’s workers are background checked and screened and they come with a heart to teach your children about God in a warm and nurturing manner! If you prefer to have your children with you in service, go for it! If they get a little too restless, you can use our foyer area to help them get the wiggles out.
Will you ask for my money?
We do take an offering shortly after our announcements. However, giving is optional and is no way expected of you. If you would like to give, we extend our gratitude for doing so. But as a visitor, feel free to sit back and get to know us. We hope you feel blessed!
What can I wear?
Some come in suits and ties. Some come in something more comfortable. You feel free to come as you are. You’ll be welcomed with a smile either way!
